a bit about me:
Imagine growing up a creative, singing, dancing, acting, and not being shy in front of a crowd, a career in performing would seem like a natural choice. To the surprise of everyone (including yourself!), you choose to pursue and obtain a degree in Neuroscience. How did you make it happen? With a lot of long nights of studying, hard work, determination, and plenty of coffee. As a naturally inquisitive visionary, with a love of data and an eye for detail, it was a great fit after all.
Let me tell you a little about my journey…
To say I love Pharma is an understatement! I am fascinated by the complex world of research, development, and regulation, all leading to the goal of improving and saving lives. Having started in the laboratory conducting research, my path has led me to recruiting, managing client’s competitive intelligence accounts, developing and marketing Saas products, to now directly reaching patients through the creation and management of online digital marketing campaigns for clinical trials.
After reaching #3 worldwide SME Account Manager and winning the President’s Club award, I decided it was time for a new challenge. I further put my degree to work and started as a Junior Product Manager. I was quickly promoted to Product Manager where I took full ownership of and redesigned a vertical wide Loyalty Partnership Program. Later, I was also assigned as the program’s Product Marketing Manager. I joined the ranks of Big Pharma shortly after, delving into the world of digital innovation where I lead projects which drive transformation and fully engage users, especially patients in search of better care. In managing successful digital campaigns for both critical path and emerging markets, I have produced high-impact results leading to increased awareness and bottom of the funnel outcomes, thereby increasing overall project performance and accelerating the time to bring new therapies to market. I find it exciting the projects I work on are helping to lead the way in setting a precedent across the industry to champion a digital first mindset and empower lives.
As a leader in digital innovation, I utilize my experience in digital marketing, and analytics to create and launch data-driven, global initiatives. Outgoing and inquisitive, with a talent for engaging and building relationships, I bring a sense of leadership that energizes and inspires cross-functional collaboration.
